The closer to reality your training is, the higher your state of readiness will be. Bullseye targets are fine for sighting in your rifle, but when it comes to training for tactical situations, you need tactical targets. Tactical targets help you make your shot placement count. Many people debate the merits and drawbacks of various calibers and loads, but what really counts in armed confrontations is shot placement. For maximum effectiveness, shot placement should be aimed at the center of torso mass. The closer to the center, the better.
Head shots are sure to stop the attack as well, but there is less mass to aim at. If you are in the armed forces, in law enforcement, or even just for home defense, practice your shot placement and build your confidence with our selection of tactical targets. We offer the best: IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) targets, IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation) targets, law enforcement targets, FBI regulation targets, and more. Let your imagination be the limit.

| Have an old barn you want to tear down? Why not put up some tactical targets in it, and practice “clearing the building” or maybe take an old spring, a couple hinges, some plywood and a drill driver, and rig up a pop-up stand for the tactical target. Then have a friend activate it from a safe distance by pulling a string or something, and you shoot it when it pops up, to improve your pistol draw time and reaction time. If you’ve been shooting the same type of target for some time now, then buy another style, and change it up. You’ll get more out of your shooting experience. Your tactical readiness is directly proportional to your training. There’s an old saying: “the more you sweat in training, the less you bleed in combat”. Get your tactical targets today, and stay tactically alert and ready to kick butt and take names! |
